Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone out there has a favorite route around Edmonton.
I am looking for a "short" ride of two to three hours preferably not on the major highways.

So far I have been heading north through St Albert towards Barhead, Gibbons, Namao and through Fort Saskatawan.

Any good runs that i am over looking??

If you want to go south of Edmonton, there are some nice highways with a couple twists and turns. the " road to nowhere" by Devon is popular and there is a nice little loop around Pigeon Lake.

I just posted a nice biker friendly route i did last weekend on emc
go west out to alberta beach follow the old highway around the lake it comes out to Darwell(nice little biker friendly pub/restarunt there) head north it takes you around to Gunn and that leads right back to alberta beach. nice ride took about 2 hours.
