Hi folks...1st post. Bought a 2000 Yamaha Custom 650 yesterday....no owner's manual. Don't even know manufacturer's RECOMMENDED fuel octane???

the lowest octane would be fine. I fill mine with 87 all the time

What do you mean, no owner's manual?? Is this normal (never bought new)????

Bike was a trade-in (pre-owned 2000). I'll find a manual somewhere....

doesnt it have a sticker on it some where that tells that info. on the frame i thought they always put it?

no worries, least you know now ;)

mine has a sticker on the frame near the tank that has all that sort of info then another on the swing arm with all the tire info. some times its amazing when common sense is put to good work ha.
