Hello all! I'm trying to figure out the best way to have both my gerbing heated gear and Battery tender quick connect hooked up to my bike at once. Can I have two harnesses attached to the battery posts at the same time? Is this safe?

My current solution was to attach the Gerbings harness and then use their round plug to SAE adapter. But shortly after buying this adapter I spoke with someone at Gerbing who said this adapter has been discontinued because it was found to be unsafe!

You can hang as many connectors off the battery as you can physically fit onto the bolt.... and maintain a good connection.

There is a problem with too great a draw on the battery if you try to run too many things off it at the same time, but a battery tender and heated gloves won't ever be used at the same time, so you're good for go.

Bolt both connectors on and enjoy.
