Lets just make them automatics instead. Add 2 more wheels and throw a solid steel cage around them.

No, I think adding 2 more seats would take away from the beauty of the sport.

... yeah... shifting really is a burden of motorcycling.
Cynical I may be, but after reading the description it actually sounds like it's more complicated than normal shifting.
