I have a 2006 C90T w/ Cobra Straight pipes and a power commander. It's been on a dyno and mapped and yet it still pops/backfires when you roll off the accelerator in deceleration/down shifting. I bought the bike slightly used w/ it set up this way and took it to the shop to have it mapped on the dyno. When I got it back from the shop after they re-mapped it, it was pretty good, but, still did it a little. Now a year later its horrible again. Any suggestions???

Have you tried putting the stock system back on it?

Didn't get the stock pipes when I bought the bike from dealer. Yeah, I know now, stupid....lesson learned. I've started looking for someone that has them to see if they want to sell them. I'm frustrated enough to go back to stock.
