There is something no civilian doctor will ever see. I doubt any civilian doc has ever performed surgery where he was at risk of being blown up by the object he was trying to remove from the patient.

NUH-UHHHHH They did it on Grey's Anatomy so it must happen all the time!

I've been home way too long if I'm watching that show willingly...
