It was a beautiful day today. It was in the mid 60's and sunny. I know, flame away but it was worth it.
I put 600 miles on my bike.
My better half rode with me for a while and enjoyed it so I wonder now if I'll take the double seat off or not.
It was the first time I put any real miles on the bike. It was great. I felt as part of a partnership with my bike. It vibrates a very little bit but it made me feel like I was riding something alive.
Finally, Even though it is basically an Electra Glide, it never felt to big to ride around confined spaces or did it feel to heavy to travel around town. It's just a dream...

So your're going to make the wife walk eh? Good move.... Nice lookin' Harley. Are you going to leave it black and white? You might get the urge to give someone a ticket.

What...Walk...you've got to be kidding. It's just that she never showed any interest in my passion in motorcycles. Today was one of the few times that she actually rode with me. That and when she got off, she had the biggest smile...

Definately, it stays black and white. Though I've taken trash from our local LEO's for the police stickers on the saddlebags. The funny part of it is the number of cars and bikes that slow down when they see it.
Even funnier thing happened Sat. when some teenager on a scooter pulled up close to me. She was afraid of being in hvy traffic and there was a hole around me so she felt being safe by being next to the bike.
I just hope her ride doesn't have kittens. :Mr. Green:
