Hello Everyone!
It is great to be able to finially join this fine community of fellow bikers on this board. I have been trolling for a little over two years now reading and (trying) to soak up all of the valuable advice and knowledge that you dispense to everyone (especially to Newbie Bikers like myself!).
I have been living here in Japan for the past 5 years and have recently purchased a motorcycle after riding just a bicycle around town this whole time. I just NEEDED to upgrade to something a little faster.
After reading all of the Stickys posted in the New Bike Rider forum, I decided on a used 2007 Yamaha SR 400 (400cc, 27 hp, and just a little over 4,000 kms on it). I took the MSF Course back in April of last year in Hawaii and really enjoyed it.
I have SO many questions about motorcycling in general but my time here at the internet cafe is soon up!
So, I will be sure to post those questions I have in the New Bike Rider Forum.
