Honda Shadow Pricing

Looking at a 2001 Shadow VLX Deluxe with 10300 miles.

He is asking $2000 but the back tire looks like it needs replacing

Is that a fair price. The rest of the bike is in nice shape.

Depends on where you are, I guess. In my area, Kelly Blue Book says $2705 for a '01 VT600CD, and allows for 17K miles. If the tire is the only issue, in my area that would be a good price for a good condition bike.
