Ok so here is what we have so far:
June 6th start time 9am
chatterbox is the site for departure:

This is about 10 miles from the start point and I will reserve an area for up to 20 campers don't think we will need 1/2 of that though.

On the ride we will stop for fuel on rt 209 in Cuddebackville NY in then again in fallsburg at junction 105.
The restaurant has a fuel station across the street in Phoenecia.
There is also a fuel station on the corner of rt 52 and 209 in Ellenville.
Trailers can be left in campgrounds and we are gonna try to get the field next to Chatterbox as well.
There will be a chase vehicle running behind the group for mechanical situations also please remember only verizon is available in the mountains.
