LOVING my C50!!!

#1 Unread post by adam_77_fair »

Just wanted to let everyone know that I bought my Suzuki C50 Saturday. I absolutely love it!!! I've already put 250 miles on it, just riding around within my county. At first I was a little intimidated, but I had to ride it home in mid day traffic, but I finally really got the feel for it, and am searching for reasons and times to "get away" and ride. So far wife is being really cool, and knows that early evening, I'm gone until sunset. Awesome!!!!

Just ordered my first accessories. After riding yesterday, I wished I had just a little bit of storage, so I got a tool pouch.

I also forsee riding 2 up after I gain more experience, but I don't care for the look of sissy bars. Fortunately, I found the COBRA mini bar. I think it will go pretty well with the lines of the bike. Can't wait to put this stuff on. I have a feeling that this was the beginning of a bad habit. Pretty soon I'll have to start hiding things from the wife, and acting like some accessories have always been there....

"You didn't see that hypercharger on it when I bought it? That was a big selling point for me...."

"Yes dear, those are the same handlebars..."

Yeah, I have chrome addiction disease myself!

Yesterday I put on a chrome radiator cover. Last Friday it was the Kuryakyn Iso Grips. The day before that I put on the OEM Crash Bars (I plan on getting Cobras next season).

I have on order the OEM Fender Trim Rails and Light Bar. Not to mention the Gel Seat and a nice Solo Rack

Any excuse to add more chrome!

Hide the factory left-overs really well then :D
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

See, I knew I joined this group for a reason!!! I wouldn't have really even thought of that. I've got a buddy with a big garage. He can hide the stash.
