HOW TO POST A YouTube VIDEO - Easy as 1, 2 and 3.

1. Find the video you want to share/post on YouTube. Click on the SHARE box below the video. Check the box named "Long Link". Copy the YouTube URL provided.

1. Start a post here in this forum or anywhere in the forums. In your forum post, Click on the YouTube code button and paste the Long Link YouTube video URL.

3. That's it.


WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR: YouTube videos will not work with the link of: http://youtu.be/ The Long Link is: http://www.youtube.com/


So it would be like this:

1. YouTube URL of video I want to share: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-M0-Bwfzcac


2.
ie.

3. Post your message and you are Done.

Hi...im new to this site....i tried posting a video in here from my youtube...i did what you say to do to post a video...but when i preview the post...the video isnt there....can someone tell me what i've done wrong?...i can put the link to the video on here...but it wont embed.... thanks...Dave..

YouTube has made it a little more difficult recently to post videos outside of YouTube, I will update the instructions above to reflect the new changes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

When you post a reply to a thread there is an option in upper side that will help you to post your YouTube video.
