Hey, according to Suzuki's service manual for that bike, "The LCD panel indicates "Sd" when the steering damper solenoid malfunction, battery abnormal voltage, and speed sensor malfunction occured." Alright whoever translated that passage needs to be shot.
First check your speed while riding, is it accurate? If so that eliminates the speed sensor.
Second you'll want to check your battery, take a multimeter and put it on the battery, you should see about 12.6 volts.
Then crank the bike over with the multimeter still on the battery, you should see no less than 10.5 volts, if it goes below that then the battery is done.
If that's not the problem, you'll want take it into the dealer probably and have them plug in the "dealer mode switch" to see what the trouble code is. Chances are good that it'll show up with C93, which means that your steering damper solenoid valve is malfunctioning. At that point it's up to you whether to repair it or not. I'd recommend doing it because steering dampers help when you're riding hard.
