Does anyone know a good adhesive for plastic? (polyethylene) Must be flexable and waterproof as this is for hull cracks on a canoe. Was considering the same plastic repair used for fairings and saddlebags but they are much more rigid than canoe skin.

If it's just small areas you could probably get away with putting some thin flexible plastic sheets on it and cementing it on with shoe-goo.
