Does anyone know any good sites to look up what my bike is selling for? I have http://www.cbbtrader.com But I would like another opinion as well. thanks

I wouldn't use a site like that.

too many advertisements and I've never heard of them before. The information hey provide is probably completely unreliable.

I would use Kelly Blue Book. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Look in the local 'bike for sale' ads and see what other bikes like yours are listed for. This should give you an idea of what to expect for yours in your area.

NADA and KBB gives you a good idea of value (dealerships generally use these for trade-ins).


Good resource is eBay and Craigslist. If you see something on Craigslist for months at a certain price, you know that's too high for that particular bike. If you see bikes on eBay that don't get any bids, you know that the demand is either low, or the price is too high.

eBay always seems to list things bikes optimistically from what I've seen.
I'd stick with Craigslist, your local paper, NADA, and KBB.

Why don't you tell us what you have, include the mileage and anything you've added to it like pipes, seat, etc. I bet we could give you a good idea of it's worth. I like to use NADA but I have found that people want what they want for their bikes. Some of the asking prices out there, all I can say is cocaine is a hell of a drug.
