Hi everyone. I'm new, not just to this site, but to motorcycles altogether. I just enrolled myself into a motorcycle safety training course so I can get my license. I'm looking to get a "naked" bike, any suggestions?
Anyway, good to be here, I'm sure I'll learn a lot.

Welcome to TMW Bayan! You are getting started the right way. The MSF safety course is a good one and will give you a good foundation on the basics to get you started. As for a good naked bike - I normally advise first-time riders to pick something used as a first bike, that way if you dicide pretty quickly that you would prefer a different style, it isn't as costly or difficult to get something different. It also hurts less if you drop it if it's not a shiny brand-new bike.

That said, the Suzuki SV 650 is a decent bike, very fun and reliable and there are plenty of them around on the used market. Or the Suzuki Gs 550, If you want to go even older there are plenty of older Japanese "standards" that are out there still in good working condition. Just stay away from anything too heavy with too much engine for a first bike.
Whatever you end up with, enjoy it and ride safe!

I just bought a Gladius, very cool naked bike; it replaces the SV650 standard in Suzuki's lineup. Not sure I'd recommend it for a beginner, but it's still tons of fun.
Have you considered something like a used Ninja 500? Decent beginner's bike, you can get them inexpensively, and it's mostly naked

It's one you could ride for a long time, or a year or two to build your skills before moving onto something new.
