Looks nice. I wonder if you meant 2011 in the body of the note rather than 2010 ...

Nice! If I get the white one it would match my new helmet and my jacket.
But...
a little pricey
no ABS
small tank
Even so... The tank with the mpg is good enough to do what I do now, which is fill up every day I finish my commute. It seems like it would be heavy, but with that low seat height this probably isn't a problem. I definitely liked them when they first came out and the white is nice.

Still my favorite HD. They should should do an "Evel Knievel livery" version. The bike is already a tip of the hat to the original XR anyway.

The XR1200X still weights almost twice as much as an XR750. I don't understand why this thing has to weight so much. The motor is still anemic for a 1200cc. Why not incorporate the hot rod tricks used by Buell?
I really like this bike but it could have been so much more.
