Seen this before........I think instead of issuing him a ticket, the cop should of tasered his azz and dropped him off in the middle of nowhere sans bike. What a f'ing twit.

ya know, i almost stopped it in the middle, it was so mindless, but the payoff at the end was SO worth it.. LOL ROFL LMAO!!!

Really funny part is this guy is a registered sex offender too lol, no stranger to the inside of a courtroom.
