This might seem a little odd - I've been thinking of getting a bike for a while, but I currently don't have one, haven't taken my tests, or anything...but I wanted to get on a forum where I could get some advice and meet some people who know what they're talking about, because frankly I'm a little bit lost - there's so much information about that I don't really know where to start.

So - would I be welcome here, as an "annoying newbie", or am I just too new and should look somewhere else, perhaps coming back here when I know more?

Any pointers welcome!

Welcome - i was a COMPLETE noob last year - but the nice people here (and gummi) have taught me more than I imagined! LOVE riding, LOVE TMW!
