It's her first motorcycle. Something to learn on and then sell when she is ready to move on to a bigger bike. We are going to spend around $1k, so I figured a bike around 1986 t0 1990 with not oo many miles on it ? Rebel was also my first motorcycle as well, so I'm partial !
A QUESTION. ... what should I be looking at on the used Rebel ? What should I check for before plopping the cash on the table ? Aside from the usual, chain sprockets, tires, engine sound, smooth idle .... etc ... any gotchas ?
