Front end wobble...

I have this persistent front end wobble that the dealer can't seem to duplicate in a test drive. If I'm at about 55-60 kph and not under power, I get a wobble in the front end if I have my hands only loosely on the grips, ( I never have them anything but loose.) If I don't firm up my grip, that wobble will develop into a full blown tank slapper. Dealer says steering head and forks are fine, the tires are new and this has been happening for quite some time... Any suggestions???

Please try the balance beads in the front tyre. If the headstock and bearings are OK. It has to come down to the tyres, even if they are new. You could have a slight unbalance on the wheel itself. The balance beads will cure this

Did they take the steering head and bearings off to check them?
Have them check the rear bearings too, sometimes that can cause a front end sway. I did see that on a bike just like yours once, and seeing as you use it to haul a trailer, it's very possible they're worn out.
