HELP!!!!
95 Ultra Classic with issues. Was riding down the road doing about 50 mph, all of a sudden a loud pop and then I was stuck in gear. Bike never quit running, just couldnt go anywhere. Got the bike back to the garage and started looking, looked all over the trannie, everything looks good, looked all over the primary, everything looks good. Put it all back together and now I can shift thru all of the gears but the gears dont actullay engage. Any ideas? Wasn't shifting or anything when this all started, just crusiing down the road.

Re: HELP!!!!
Sounds to me like splines disappeared. You said you took the whole thing apart though right?
Was it stuck in gear and still under power when it first did it?
Does the motor lug when you put it in gear and engage the clutch?
And I know it's gonna sound stupid but I've heard of it before, is the drive belt still intact?
