I am a student at the University of Cincinnati and am currently working on helmet designs for a class project. I am looking for feedback on my concepts and would greatly appreciate it if you could provide comments and criticism to help me finalize my design. Please give honest and complete criticism, because without feedback I can not go forward to create a meaningful design. All of the concepts are currently hand drawn, so please read all text.

Thanks!

Ah ok!
A point I want to make with yours is that you have "rubber bumpers" in there. Rubber is NOOOOO good when this kind of application is being used.
Rubber absorbs impacts yes, but then it springs back and exerts between 75% and 99% of the force it just absorbed back into the direction it just came from. So instead of one impact you'd have two. That's why rubber bumpers and body panels aren't used on cars, and steel that crushes and deforms is.
