Son of a- Guy ran over two of my bikes!

Yesterday was a harrowing enough day. I was forced off I-95 at 75 mph by a woman in a F-350. Luckily the jokes about the ever presence of the Va police are true. The statie's stopper her, ticketed her and have her on the hook for the damaged to my jeep.
Ok- one vehicle out of commission isn't the end of the world. I have two bikes in service currently ready to go. Or so I thought.
After getting home, I grab my new puppy and take her outside to do her business. We're not out there for two minutes when my neighbor's contractor backs up too far into my parking spot. Even with my neighbors and I yelling he still runs over the Vulcan, pushes that into the strom and mashes them between him and the curb.
Things I know are broken
Vulcan
-Rear brake light assembly
-Rear fender
-Windshield
-Crash bars
-Cover
-rear brake pedal
V-strom
-License plate bracket
-Right passenger peg
-Right Rider peg
-Brake lever
-Turn signal
-Hepco Becker Engine guards
-Front fender
Things I suspect are FUBAR
-Forks on both bikes.
I got his information and I have plenty of witnesses. He wants to pay out of pocket which is fine since Va will let me file against his insurance company anytime in the next year. I have witnesses and him admitting to damaging the bikes on video. If it comes to court action, he's beyond screwed. However, he doesn't seem to understand that bent forks mean the bike isn't safe to ride. He can't see a bend, and I told him that sometimes it's hard but the shop will let us know.
With parts and labor, I'm easily looking at a couple thousand worth of damage. I also no longer have a vehicle to drive other than a rental- and I hate rentals.
I can't wait to get my vehicles back on the road but seriously- three in one day?
