Yamaha FZX Lovers

#1 Unread post by maxrevs »

Hi I've just joined this site , and I'm the proud owner of my Third FZX , since 1990 ....
I am looking for a sissy bar / backrest that will fit this bike ..... I know they must exist , cos I've seen ones on "Google pictures"... but whether or not you can buy one these days ....I don't know !!!

Also, a set of crash bars , or Mushrooms, would be nice to have .......just in case ???

If anyone out there has any Info' ....then it would be much appreciated !!

Cheers Graham x x :frusty:

Welcome, Maxrevs! I don't know much about the FZX, but I'm sure someone who does will jump in here. In the meantime, enjoy the forums! 8)

:welcome: to the forums!

There is another bod on here that has and FZX - i'm sure she'll chime in real soon!!

I'd say the best place to look for spares would be autojumbles - found most of the things i needed for my old Vmax at those....
Don't give up.

Not now, not soon, not after being continually knocked down.

If you never give up, you can never truly fail.

I'm sure, with the help of all the fine people here ,that all my troubles shall be resolved !!! :D

I shall check the site daily , and if I learn of any articles that can help fellow FZX'ers on the Yahoo site , to which I also belong , then I'm sure everyone will be happy !!! :)
