Cheers lads for the welcomes. Just been out for a ride as it has been another beautiful day. We changed our clocks at the w/e to BST so it is still light, tho with pretty sunset over the sea (English Channel).
Don't understand US time zones!! It is now 1920 BST
X.

What's to understand. We have 4 time zones in the continental US. The Eastern, the Central, the Mountain and the Pacific. Each time zone is one hour behind the one to the east. If it's 8:00 am in New York, it's 7:00 am in Kansas City, 6:00 am in Denver, and 5:00 am in San Francisco. Then we have Daylight Savings Time where in the spring we add an hour, and in the fall we fall back an hour. Except in Arizona and part of Illinois.
Or is that West Virgina, I can't remember, jeez we got 50 states here.
I hope that clears thing up for you.

Clear as mud thanx! Think I'll just stick to Brit times & leave you guys to sort your own. It's not as if I will wake anyone up!
Did phone Australia some years ago to speak to a mate ~ misjudged the time & called at 5am their time (WA). That was bad enough but unfortunately I got a wrong number!!
Been confused ever since. X
