from what little we know about this mystery bike it sounds like maybe the main jet in the carburetor is clogged up--take the air cleaner off and close up half of the carburetor intake throat with duct tape and run it if it gets better you aint getting enough fuel through the main jet--if it runs worse you are getting too much fuel through the main jet.i am assuming that it is running bad in the mid or wide open throttle position.

Sounds as close as anything at this piont. Could have caught a chunk of crud let over from manufacture in a jet or something.9000white wrote:from what little we know about this mystery bike it sounds like maybe the main jet in the carburetor is clogged up--take the air cleaner off and close up half of the carburetor intake throat with duct tape and run it if it gets better you aint getting enough fuel through the main jet--if it runs worse you are getting too much fuel through the main jet.i am assuming that it is running bad in the mid or wide open throttle position.
