No clutch pressure after rebuild

OK, I have just about reached the end of my rope here and need some help. I installed a clutch master rebuild kit into my 1983 CB550SC and and now cannot get any pressure into the system.
After installation I bled the system according to the Clymers manual but cannot get any pressure in the system. I have bled a FULL 500 ml bottle of brake fluid through the system, no bubbles, no blockage, to no avail. Clutch will not engage.
I did bleed this system last season (before the rebuild kit) and had no issues. New fluid run through the system and went for a good long ride. But this year NOTHIN! I even took the master cylinder back apart thinking I had assembled it wrong but it seems to be correct.
ANY help would be appreciated, it's time to ride and I'm dying here!
