At least I start work (Waiting at a fancy resteraunt!) next week. Maybe I'll be joining the ranks of riders in a month or two.
Maybe I should go take the rider course at the harley place...just for fun?

I think it's funny that a near-mint bike that is sold new with a fairing is now a naked... I'm looking at the first one.

Take a riders course- it a great way to stay alive and learn the fundementals of safe riding....AND it's fun, plus it will kill some time until you get the bike.
Save your cash and you'll be riding soon.

Why not? It's the Basic MSF course. Since you seem to be a sportsbike guy(hey nobody's perfect

) , the fact that they let you ride Buell Blasts would let you learn on the style of bike similar to what you want. And depending on what state you live in it could be cheaper or more expensive than a state sanctioned MSF course. Plus it is prolly easier to get into; I bet they offer the courses more frequently than the state does.
Check it out.

Whoa- I didn't know the harley course was MSF. I can't afford it at the moment (it's almost $300...), but the local MSF courses are only taught three times a year. I'll probably end up taking this instead. Thanks!
