heres a noob question:
what do the 3 numbers on the tyres mean?

u see a bought a racing tyre for the jawa 120/80-18
and its not the right tyre for it, i mean for a sidecar rig.

i would like to know if it would fit the xj650seca
which uses 120/90-18, what does the 90 stand for?

if it would fit i could save it for the seca since its new
if not i can still use it on the jawa,
what should i do??

The first number is the tire's width.

The second number is the tire's height (sidewall) as a percentage of the tire's width.

The third number is the center diameter of the tire, so it tells you what size rim it will fit on.

So, to answer your question, the tire may very well fit...but the sidewall is a bit bigger than the original and that may lean the bike over to the left considering the fact that this tire is going on a side-car. I am not familiar with side-cars at all so, are there any adjustments that can be made to the mounts that will counteract this slight height difference?

wow sweeet!
