1999 R1100GS abs motor

The abs motor under the tank remains on when ignition is off. Had to disconnect battery.

Hello Christopher, and welcome to the forum. What you need is the service manual for your bike. It will have electrical diagrams that will help you troubleshoot the problem. The problem will most likely be where the switching occurs. Good luck.
