Personal forum avatar size increased.

Thanks to adding more server hard drive space I've bumped up the size you can now have an avatar from 133x220 pixels to 160x320 pixels and from 35kb to 70kb in size.
Old maximum advatar size (133x200)
New maximum advatar size (160x320)
