That guy you warned your daughter about

#1 Unread post by EatenbyAsphalt »

Greetings TMW,

New to your forums, found you through a google+ page for Mike Le Pard. I'm out of Dallas, TX, Mesquite to be specific. I ride a 2009 Kawasaki ER-6n, this is my second bike as I ride halfway through my third year of two wheelin. My first was a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250r I got off Craigslist for a song. I rode it for a year then stepped up to my baby. I prefer my bikes like my women, naked. I don't ride with people because I'm not your friend. You want to talk about sports and I could care less. I don't talk politics because your wrong. I don't do religion, so don't bring it up to me unless you want a fight. I'm that "O Ring" your wife tells you not to be friends with and don't invite him over. Yes, I know, I shouldn't expect many friends here because of my attitude but I prefer to be real and this is real for me. I'll listen to you as long as you know what your talking about and if you don't I might shine you on for a bit before burning you or just ignore you. I know enough to know I don't know "poo poo". I read, I learn, I ask questions to learn. I'll answer questions if I know the answer to them and I'll do my best to do it without being mean. Not that I try to be mean but there are just so many dumbasses in the world and I'm one of them. I have sense of humor if its funny. I'm good for a beer and a nod if your in my area. Let's face it, I'm not a people person. Almost every rider I've come across in the past 2 &1/2 years has said they would love to ride with me then they never show. So, I've become a bit jaded when someone says "Hey, let's go for a ride", I'm likely to smile and go left when you go right. I came here to read and learn from others posts, so don't expect to see a lot of post by me maybe no more than 200 in a year. If its more than that, I must really like the place. So feel free to give me the finger or whatever, my father has done worse to me. Ya'll will get a pic of my bike when I get the time. Really? Does this thing have to censor me? Oh "fudge" it, whatever. LOL, had to get that in.
The faster the bike I get, the less of a coffin I'm gonna need, more like a ziplock bag.

Well, as long as he doesn't keep going on and on about how the ER-6n is better than every other bike on earth, the ER-6n's the fastest bike out there, every dealership is trying to get more ER-6ns to sell because they keep running out of them, everyone else is a moron for not getting an ER-6n, yadda yadda yadda . . .

Kidding.

Anyway, welcome, "Eaten". Sorry for the weird in-joke (which isn't all that funny anyway). Nice subject line. And honestly, the ER-6n is a pretty awesome bike. Hope you enjoy it here.

Thanks all for letting the A-hole in the door, lol. You may regret it later, or not, whatever. Yeah, I love ER but I haven't known any other bikes but Kawa's so for now those are my favs. I have a place in my heart for the Z1000 but I have enough brains to know its to much for me right now. Of course, my selection of bikes is pretty narrow since I love naked or standard bikes. Since those bastards over at Harley closed down the Buell line I'm forced to look overseas for the bikes I love. I don't believe in winshields, I ride to feel the wind, all of it. Well, thanks again for the welcome. I'm off to the maintenence section to find out if anyone knows why my chain is popping.

Even better mogster or if I could get a naked woman on a naked bike. I'll stop now before I cross the line into popcorn material.

Well let me tell you what I tell all the new people I meet

"fudge" off, I have enough friends,

now that's out of the way, welcome to the forums
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

Good, at least we have a basis for understanding each other, "O Ring".
