I voted: Cool

This is an excellent first sport bike, not necessarily a good first bike...but a great bike to take the first step down the sporty path on once you get the basics of riding down...a friend of mine bought one for his wife as her second bike, but he says he likes to ride it as much as she does. He says it's comfortable and a great sporty commuter bike...he rides a VFR800 and says he does prefer his bike, but only because of the extra power...great bike.

I voted cool.

I like the riding position, as it would seem more comfortable to ride many miles than a full race bike.

I LOVE this bike... so naturally voted AWESOME.

I'm a big fan of inline fours and like the fact that this is small enough to suit less experienced riders but big enough to suit experienced riders who don't want a massive engine. The upright riding position and somewhat comfortable seat make it a great option for an every day rider. It also has killer looks (you should see it in person ) and is just overall, very appealing.

Practical, a comfortable riding position, reasonably good looking, with a sensible price to boot. That deserves a cool vote.

Yup, as Grey Thumper said about, plus I'll bump it up one notch to AWESOME beause of the price, it's an awesome price point to get into sportbike riding but yet have a comfortable bike too.

I'd like to see Kawasaki revamp there ZZR600 and Honda to bring out a mild sportbike model as well. As for Suzuki, it would be nice to see their GSR750F brought to North America.

We need more 600-750cc bikes! ... and where did all the standards go!?!?!

Not a bad voting turnout and quite a good result for the 2012 Yamaha FZ6R too. From the discussion it looks like the FZ6R would be a good bike to own if you are just starting out or even already an experieced rider and are looking for a fun, sporty, comfortable ride.
