Need help on two HJC helmet differences

I'm looking at two modular helmets within the HJC product line.

The differences elude me and please note I could care less about blue tooth abilities.

First is the HJC IS-Max. $269 at revilla.

Second is the HJC SysMax. $189 at revilla.

Both are modular, both have a slide down sun visor. These are the features I want. The one with Bluetooth option costs less that the other. This confuses me even more.

Help on this product line please?

Just as a note I like the Nolan N90 $229 which is also modular and has sun visor.

Something wrong with those prices I think. The low price for the Sy-Max would indicate it's a leftover Sy-max 2, my local place has them for a similar price. HJC site shows list prices for solid colors is $300 for a Sy-Max 3 and $200 for an IS-Max, the $269 ravilla price is way over list.

Anyway, I have a well used original Sy-Max on the shelf and I tried on a IS-Max at the big bike show in early 2011 and don't remember there being much difference between the two. Think it amounts to the more expensive fiberglass shell on the Sy-Max and better interior materials. What I do remember is how heavy they are, the Shoei RF1000 I replaced the Sy-Max with is much lighter and more comfortable all around. So last fall I ended up buying a IS-33 to get the flip down sunshade feature and am quite happy with it.

I know the IS-33 is not as safe as a full face but I just putt around locally now riding the best twisties available and I still have a good RF1000 to use if I went to the mountains to play but what was much fun at 70 is unthinkable at 80. LOL
