Idle problem

Been having a bit of trouble with a cylinder not firing. A few months ago, cylinder 1 dropped out entirely, turned out water was getting past the spark plug boot. Simple fix. This time it's a little more subtle. Runs fine on 4 cylinders at any speed, no problems there. About 10 seconds after coming to a stop, at idle, one of the cylinders drops out, almost invariably. Resuming riding gets the cylinder back with 1-2 seconds. Only thing I've done recently was replace a small 90 degree piece of coolant hose that ruptured. My thoughts are that maybe one of the cylinders has a bugged idle circuit, but I have very limited understanding of carbs. Any help is much appreciated.

I would run some Seafoam® with a tank of gas. Follow the directions on the can.

Run some seafoam, balance the carbs, and make sure your idle circuits are tuned right.

I know the carbs definitely need to be synced. Just waiting for some time to get in there. Also, as of this posting, the problem seems to have disappeared. My guess is that last week I had to make an unscheduled fillup, and I was away from my normal ethanol free station. Maybe the ethanol broke up some gum and got lodged in an idle jet or something.
