I passed the MSF basic rider course this weekend. The riding skills test was pretty stressfull. I did not do my best, but I passed pretty handily.

Tomorrow I go get my license Class M'd, and gear up.

Congrats on successfully completing your MSF course...

Now comes the fun part, the symptoms of the disease....
  1. Wind blowing in your face.
  2. Never enough time for household chores.
  3. Never enough money in the bank.
  4. Choices, choices, choices.
  5. Chrome, chrome, chrome.
  6. Which twisty to ride today?
  7. Etc.

Ham Hock,

Congrats on your test. I just passed mine as well. What type of bike do you have?

I do not currently have a bike.

We use the little Honda Nighthawks for the course.

I am going to buy protective gear early this week and do a bit of bike shopping. Cha Ching, I can already hear the money flying out of my wallet.

The weather was great. I am on the east coast and last weekend the weather was stifling hot. Things cooled off nicely and it was unseasonably cool during the riding portion of the class (which was fine with me).

Congrats on doing the safe thing and taking the course. I recently passed mine and it was so great, I went out and bought a bike about an hour after I got my M. Ear to ear grins brah.

Good for you. Have fun and be safe. Some folks will tell you different... but I'd urge you to get good gear and wear it whenever you ride.
