Great Photos of what looks like a Brilliant day out with good friends.

Thanks for taking the time to add them in your Post....

Only one Harley there?

P.S. What was wrong with that 'Poorly done' Mean Streak?

No problem!

There weren't very many at Honda Homecoming, but the church ride was dominated by Harleys. I just don't care for any of them style-wise, but I took a liking to the paint job on the one in the pic.

Ugly seat and backrest, and the bags do NOT belong on that bike. :x

Yes, quite a packet! But still a lot less than most Harleys cost bone stock...and more cc's to boot!

Next year, Girlfriend, next year!

I wish you could have made it just to attest to the fact that there were NO small bikes at the event! The smallest bike there was a late 70's Honda CB450 inline twin. The next smallest was one NightHawk 750. I saw a couple Sportster 883's, and beyond that everything was >1000cc. I'd be willing to bet the average displacement of the bikes that attended the event was somewhere in the teens, what with all the VTX's, GoldWings, Valkyries, Runes, Warriors, and Vulcans around the place. At the church ride on Sunday the smallest bike (out of maybe five dozen or so) was another NightHawk 750, then an Intruder 800, then a few 883's, and everything else was >1000cc.

No, you don't need a liter bike to have fun...I had plenty of good times on my 500...but this just goes to show why the 883 and other bikes in the same league are jokingly called "chick bikes" around these parts.
