Stolen motorcycle

My Brother's black Harley Davidson 2009 1200cc Custom Sportster was stolen yesterday from his back driveway in Anacortes, WA (2 hours north of Seattle). It was stolen between 3 and 7 pm. It's got a ding on the fuel tank and some jb weld on the gear case cover on the right side. Also has saddle bags and it's license plate is 3A2248 but those may well be taken off.
It is his only form of transportation. If anybody sees it or has any information feel free to contact me or the police. Thank you.
