Even though our new neighbourhood is L-A-M-E-O, we are partying and just came back from the bar (a whole 6 people there!). So this is PARTY MIKE after several drinks and a wishky sour and ...wait for it... its on'y 9:30pm! Ya, more par-tay'in to do, then watch the ball drop in NY, then another hour (I think we are 1 hour behind), we will watch whatever Houston does (or this time zone).

Happy new year to all on TMW

at the age I am now, I decided that this year was going to be a quiet one at home with the person I love. So we had an early night, got up early, grabbed the bikes and then did

THE RING

this is the ring road around Johannesburg, go to google maps, can you see it?

I live in Brackendowns which is about 18 kms to get to The Ring, which is around 80 kms. So about a 100km trip. Took us about 40 mins as the roads at 8.00 am were really quiet and the cops were all sleeping. Didn't look at the clocks so can’t tell you what speed we were doing. Some times me in front on the R12R and sometimes The Goose on the 600 RR. Damn these roads are really good when there is no traffic on them.

Had some friends over for New Years day lunch, The Goose made her world famous beef in beer pie and a chicken pie too followed by apple crumble, bugger there goes the eating plan out the window

I went to a house party where the men do all the food and then we get to eat and vote.

A fun time was had by all.
