mixture screws

what do the ends of these look like? are they like a regular screw, or might they be cone shaped on the end? anyone know?? thanks guys

Most adjustment screws have a slot for a straight screw driver and have groves to be able to turn with the fingers. Also most have a little spring to keep the screw from backing off after it has been adjusted. I have seen some with cone shape, but most are straight like screw.
