seems to suggest that the supposed high end filters seem to just let more air and dust through... hence not really "filtering" while giving you the better performance

wow, that sucks...guess it makes sense though. guess im stickin with paper filters then eh? hehe

This is fantastic info. I knew these highflow filters were too good to be true. If they were that great they would be stock and added into the initial price of a vehicle.
This raises the question of what does one use when they've rejetted and absolutely need more air flow and need it to be safe for the engine?
