If you are a leftie, just change right for left.
While sitting raise your right foot a bit and make clockwise circles with it. While doing this hold your right hand out in front of you and draw an invisible 6 in the air. Your foot will stop going clockwise.
Some people can keep doin it. But it's tricky.
