What up guys? As I was randomly looking for pictures on the internet as I sometimes do, I searched for a 2003 Kawi Voyager and well one thing led to another and well here I am. :) Anyway, I thought I would register, and introduce myself. Here are my rides.

2005 Honda ST 1300 (Grand canyon trip 2 years ago and Yellowstone last summer) 3000 miles each trip, what a time that was!

In my home town....shhhhhhh dont tell anyone, I looked like a Twilight tourist. LOL

Image

2006 Kawasaki KLX with 15,500 miles, all with a smile on my face.

And last but ...well least because my wife won't ride it anymore...

2006 Yamaha XT 225 with 900 miles on her

Image

And no she doesn't wear those shoes when she rides (or used to ride) that was just a photo op. :)

Deej, (is that meant as 'deej' all in one syllable, or Dee-J?)

Welcome to TMW! Many a member has found their way here much the same way, but however you found us we're glad to have you.

Impressive stable, not a brand-loyalty kinda rider huh? At one point my wife and I had a Shadow 750, a KDX250 and a YZ125. Then I came [-]<~~~~ that close to buying an M50, we would've had all four major brands under one roof. Didn't shake out though.

I wouldn't normally pry, but since you mentioned it twice, why did your wife give up riding? Nothing bad I hope? And the Twiliphile thing is cool with us, we don't judge. You don't have to pretend you actually LIVE in Forks. (-:

Well as far as her riding. She passed the class in 2008 and we rode for a bit together but I guess each year
It was less and less. I think she just lost confidence and interest. Oh we'll ill keep working on her.
As far as the twilight thing trust me we are so over it. The house in the book the swan house is our back
Yard neighbor. All day tour busses in the summer. And tourist trying to drive and look at a map at the same time. I'm ready for it to all go away. But them I'm getting grumpy I'm my old age I guess. :)

Naww, that's not old age. If my quiet little town was being infiltrated by starry-eyed tweens in stretch pants and Hot Topic hoodies, I'd get pretty sick of it pretty fast too. I can't even imagine what you must go through.

Encourage your wife to join the forum! We've got a very active women's community here on TMW, and she's sure to fit right in. (-:

Again, glad to have you. And my three closest friends are all nutcases, so I think I'm alright. (-:

Hey and welcome!

I am not at all a Twilight fan (stopped the first movie when he started glistening in the sun in the forest!) but I can understand how your neighbourhood has changed thanks to the series. You just reminded me of when I was on a band trip to Oregon (1995) we went past the Free Willy and Goonies houses... LOL ;)

What's this twilight thing you're on about? lol
Welcome to the forum! If you're not careful you'll spend way too much time here too.

And very cool stable! I'd like to have one like it (plus a few) eventually!

Welcome to TMW! :)

You live in a gorgeous part of the state. The Olympic Peninsula is so pretty.
