Anyone got any good tips? or any really good tutorals? I hav'nt been able to find any through google yet, and after I dumped my bike I dont wanna go spend $6-800 to go have it all re-done.. :\

Maybe someone with the whit should make a big long "O Ring" sticky

Reckon that depends on the color of your scoot . Mine is a Candy Wine (Burgandy) . Had a couple of chips at the rear of my tanks . Went to Walgreens and found some Nail Polish that was very close . Couple of coats and voila , unless ya know it's there , ya can hardly see them.
Total cost $1.61 or so . Finish product ; Priceless........

I dont think nail polish do the trick.. there pretty deep scratches.. I dumped it going 60

Yiikes, dumped it doing 60, I am glad you are around to fix the scratches. I jacked up my knee just by dumping it at about 5 mph.

Yes, I only mentiond scratches cause there my only worry, cause they mike the bike look like "poo poo", I put a lil crack in the farring.. its not really noticable.. and I broke the mirror and blinker off.. and scratched the muffler a lil bit too...

someone told me my best bet was just to drop 600 into a entire paintball professinally... which I wont do anyways cause I only spent 2 grand on the bike

Often you will find that the major auto supply jobbers handle automotive touch up paint in spray bombs. Some can even mix the color to match and then charge a spray bomb with the product, which won't be necessary in many cases. You could check with them and see if there is anything close to a match. Or the dealer might also carry touch up enamel in the color of your bike.

Before you go off the deep end and tell us that you aren't interested in spraying paint, let me point out that you CAN spray the paint from the spray bomb into a cup or can or whatever and then apply it with a brush onto the scratches on your bike. Whatever you do it isn't going to be any more than a touch up to make the marks less obvious unless you are prepared to fill the scratches with filler and then refinish the affected areas.

I've got plenty of time on my hands, I just need the 'know how' to do it...

and yes, I'm bassically looking to touch up some of the deep scratches, either fill em or sand em, and then put a similar matching coat on, and then clear coat it?

A guy at my work told me to get it up to par (ready to paint)
and then take the whole fairring off along with the other side, and just bring em to a paintshop, see if they have, or are going to paint a car inwhich the color kinda matches your bike.. and to have them just do the farrings over, and it'll save a shitload of money, most of the time they wont charge you for the paint if there not d!cks about it cause it would have mostlikly been thrown away anyways..
