I need info on changing my handlebars on my 2012 Raider SCL

Hi, I recently bought a 2012 (leftover) Yahama Raider SCL.... I love it!!! BUT...I need to change the handlebars, I need them to be at least 2-3 inches closer to me. I am so confused....Pullback, height, rise, dimpled... etc Has anyone done this to their bike? I am riding it, have 800 miles, but my arms are not long enough & feels unsafe in tight turns. I appreciate any advice! I have been riding for 7 yrs...I put over 30,000 miles on my Suzuki savage. I still have her
