Early Honda Aero ins n outz

98-00 Honda Aeros 1100 caught my eye and heart. Can anyone give me the pros and cons of these machines. I'd like to buy one in the near future and would like to know what to look for in terms of trouble spots or defects not uncovered by road test reports.
Whats acceptable milage in terms of price and what is a reasonable price from a private party seller.
