I have an 03 softail. the right turn signal indicator stays lit. when I use the signal, it flash 3 times in proper sequence. It will then flash rapidly. both bulbs work. the left turn signal is ok. I can't find any ground problems. any ideas?

Switch is bad or shorted the hot is on the bulbs flash because it's essentailly a mini circut breaker when applied if it doesn't shut off when selecter is in a nuetral position power is present so I'd say switch is WONKY
