For the map part yes, I guess it depends if you are traveling to the USA there Eh. If so, it's quite helpful, but I am waiting for them to release the Canadian version shortly, then I'll have that up as well for us Canadians.

But the chart below the map DOES have Canadian data though at the bottom for gas prices. You can check by city (ie. Vancouver, BC) and see the current gas prices as far out as 6 years. For example, I can see gas was $0.79 c/L back in 2009 in Vancouver. Plus you can compare Canadian cities too, like Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, etc.

So not 100% useless to Canadians, just not as useful as it is to Americans.
