I need help with getting a helmet model number, its worn off in the inside tag.

I googled THH helmets and the search came back with 40 pages of helmets at Amazon. Its not the 380 so try 40 or 41.

The black thing in the back is not helmet spoiler, it is for air ventillation, if you observe closely it has vents below it for a smooth air flow so that your head doesn't get heated up inside in longer rides.
